My Master project is based on my research how different learning styles connect to understanding movement and movement sequences. The aim is to find memory hooks that link learning types to specific memorizing methods, in order to help dancers recall choreography and work in a more sustainable way. As a result, the „Marking Efficiently“ method will be developed, including memory hooks, visualization and an adjustable regulation of the use of energy. This will possibly help dancers to build a longer concentration span, learn choreography in an easier way and minimize the problem of overworked bodies.
