  Am Paradeplatz werden die Teilnehmer zur Abdankung von Dorothea Wolf-Meister (eine der Letzten Bewohnerinnen des Kratzquartiers) begrüsst. Das Kratzquartier lag zwischen Bahnhofstrasse, Fraumünster, Limmat und Börsenstrasse. Es wurde zugunsten der Stadtentwicklung bis 1889 vollständig abgetragen. Die Gedenkfeier ist als Spaziergang durch das Quartier angelegt. Erst nach einiger Zeit wird klar, dass man sich im Zürich von 1876 bewegt. Die Geschichte von Dorothea und die Beschreibung des in Vergessenheit geratenen Kratzquartiers stehen im ständigen Widerspruch zu den prunkvollen Bauten des heutigen Stadthausviertels.
  Eine Installation im Treppenhaus der "Vertiefung Mediale Künste" vermittelt zusätzlich einen Eindruck des Kratzquartiers und der damaligen Zeit. Dabei dient das Tagblatt vom 9. Juni 1876 - Dorotheas Todesdatum als Hintergrund. Auf welchem Kopien aus dem Baugeschichtlichen Archiv Zürich angebracht sind, welche den Zustand des Quartiers vor seiner umfassenden Neugestaltung zeigen.
