Description	"cinémanuel" bietet auf mehreren Ebenen einen Zugang zum bewegten Bild. Das "cinémanuel - kurbelkino" präsentiert sich als Designobjekt in einer Installation mit performativem Charakter. Die Besucherin, der Besucher erfährt durch Kurbeln und Hinschauen, wie das Phänomen des bewegten Bildes zustande kommt - auf welchen Prinzipien Film, Video oder Animation aufgebaut sind. Mit dem "cinéomat" oder am Arbeitstisch können Besucherinnen und Besucher selber Bildinhalte und Karten herstellen, um diese dann im "cinémanuel" zu testen. Anlässlich der Diplomausstellung bestand täglich die Möglichkeit, an einer geleiteten Bewegtbild-Werkstatt teilzunehmen. Wer sich über die reine Betrachtung hinaus auf dieses Vermittlungsangebot einliess, wurde für einen Moment selbst performativer Teil der Installation.
