Description | - Tauchen eröffnet faszinierende Einblicke in die Unterwasserwelt.

Description in English | - Diving enables fascinating insights into the underwater world. As foreign as this world may be to us, so much more difficult is underwater communication. Verbal communication no longer functions and sounds can no longer be correctly located. It is easy for two-person buddy teams of divers, who should always remain together, to become too far separated from one another. AEON improves communication for diving by utilising haptic technology located on the back of the hand, ensuring a more relaxed and secure diving process. The Dive-Buddy can be used without a sound and to target a specific recipient with the click of a button, from which a vibration signal originates. Information is transmitted to a paired device with ultrasound technology. In addition, a distress call can also be sent to the buddy. When this feature is activated, the devices’ vibrations pilot the divers towards one another. If partners are too far away from one another, this also activates a signal so they can return to a safe distance.
