- My Bachelor project is called inbetween. It is a short video based on a quote by Israeli choreographer Ohad Naharin: “When you dance you should not be looking at your own reflection, you should be looking at the world.” I aim to explore dancers’ relationships with the mirror and the potential effects it has on us. In the video, I am dancing outside, filmed mainly through the reflection of a mirror - creating an illusion of being somewhere in between reality and reflection.

- In my Bachelor Project as well as in my Thesis I have dealt with the topic of space. Space is a complex subject and allowed me to research on several levels and from different perspectives. For this, a linking of theory and practice makes sense, because the examination of spatial theories enriches my artistic implementation of the topic. The dance design in turn influences the theoretical knowledge. This interactive connection of knowledge and experience helps me to deal with the topic comprehensively. Putting theory and practice into context is important to me for another reason: it challenges me to move in a time-space where past and present are interconnected. The theories were developed in the past, the dance interpretation is in the present, because the body is in the now.
For the practical work I developed a solo choreography and record it in a film. This represents reality and absurdity of different spaces. The filmic realization takes place in a corridor with doors, which each lead to different rooms. There are four very different rooms. The absurdity is shown in the fact that the rooms that are behind the doors cannot be there in reality. The film also plays with distance, time, light, perception, perspective and movement.
I limited myself to Rudolf Laban's theory of space, William Forsythe's Improvisation Technologies and the description and reflection of my solo choreography.

- ‘EXHAUSTED’ presents a collection of micro aggressions that the artist has encountered throughout their life. In their attempt to unveil a space of vulnerability, the artist chose to focus on personal lived experience, however they are aware of their very specific socio-political situation as not being the most marginalised. The artwork aims to showcase how life journeys varying from what is considered the norm, are often invalidated or ignored. Furthermore, the artist opens up about their emotions as a way of reflecting upon the consequences such aggressions can cause an individual.

- Die Rolle von Kunst und Theater zur teilhabeorientierten Intervention in Bildungskontexten
Methoden:
Wir schaffen gemeinsam mit Studierenden, Schüler:innen und Lehrpersonen theater- und kunstbasierte Formate der kulturellen Teilhabe.
Zur Erreichung dieser Ziele lanciert das Projekt zwei ganztägige Workshops. Vorbereitend werden gemeinsam mit den Studierenden theoretische Konzepte und deren Verbindung zu künstlerischen Formen erprobt, um diese an den Workshops fruchtbar zu machen: Durch Theaterimprovisation können bspw. Erfahrungen stumm gespielt werden, um die darin enthaltenen Unterschiede jeglicher Art hervorzuheben. Daraus entsteht eine fruchtbare Diskussions- und Erfahrungsgrundlage: Zusammenhänge verweben, Handelswege und Biographien abrollen, gesellschaftliche und kolonialhistorische Positionierungen fühlen, Rollenwechsel und Privilegien darstellen, Dependenztheorie und Machtasymmetrien verkörpern, etc.
Zielsetzung:
Es geht um eine sensibilisierende Intervention, welche die Teilnehmenden zur Entwicklung eigener Projekte motiviert. Zwei unterschiedliche Stossrichtungen sind vorgesehen: Zum einen wird die Dichotomie zwischen «wir» und «die Anderen» hinterfragt, um darüber hinausweisende Strategien zu erarbeiten. Zum anderen wird ein Bewusstsein für die Zugangsbedingungen zu Kunst entwickelt und dafür, wie ganz bestimmten Personen und Schichten Kunst verwehrt bleibt. Das Projekt zielt in diesem Sinne auf einen Transfer zwischen Lehre, Theorie, künstlerischen Formen, vermittlerischen Praktiken, institutionellen Anbindungen sowie Interventionen ab.
Schlussfolgerung:
Das Projekt und die Workshops tragen zur Möglichkeit einer erweiterten, interdisziplinären Ausbildung von Studierenden, einer Weiterbildung von Lehrpersonen und zu Sensibilisierungen und Stärkung eigener Anliegen von Jugendlichen in einer postmigrantischen Gesellschaft bei. Wir hoffen durch den Schneeballeffekt nachhaltig auch eine grössere Gruppe Jugendlicher zu erreichen.

- "Mit sechs jungen Partyveranstalter*innen und einem Szenografen und Kunstvermittler haben wir den Prozess des Hineingehens in einen Club (Gaskessel Bern) in den Fokus gerückt um den Moment des Eintretens durch performative und installative Interventionen als potentieller Verlernprozess unserer patriarchalen und rassistischen Sozialisierung zu gestalten. Dabei haben wir den Blick auf uns selber sowie die Institution Gaskessel gelegt, um Momente der strukturellen Diskriminierung zu entdecken, verstehen und zu verändern.
Es sind verschiedene performativ installative Schleusen für den Partybetrieb entstanden, sowie eine Lecture Performance in der ich den Projektprozess anhand von biografischen Erfahrungen sowie dem theoretischen Diskurs um strukturelle Diskriminierung reflektierte"

- In meinem Abschlussprojekt habe ich mich mit Grenzen auseinandergesetzt. Nicht territoriale Grenzen, sondern unsere eigenen individuellen Grenzen. Ich bin dabei davon ausgegangen, dass wir für jede neue Erfahrung, die wir machen, unsere eigenen Grenzen überschreiten müssen. Mich hat interessiert, wieso wir manche Grenzen überschreiten möchten und anderenorts bewusst eine Grenze ziehen. Dafür habe ich das Institut für künstlerische Grenzforschung ins Leben gerufen. Die daraus entstandene Arbeit OH DIONYSOS ist eine Dokumentation dieses Prozesses und gleichzeitig eine immersive Reise ins Grenzenlose.

- "In meinem Diplomprojekt erforschten und ertanzten 5 Performer:innen und ein Schlagzeuger zw. 20 und 80 Jahren mögliche Antworten auf die Unaussprechlichkeit unserer Wahrnehmung. Was sehen wir eigentlich? Was bleibt verborgen? Was macht UN-sichtbar?
Begleitet durch Klänge des Schlagzeugs und der eigenen Stimmen untersuchten die Performer:innen in einem körperlich-tänzerischen Dialog die eigene Wahrnehmung. Wie nehmen wir wahr? Welche gesellschaftlichen Themen drängen sich uns auf?
Das dabei entstandene Projekt nannten wir Theatertanz: Mal wild, mal laut, mal fein, und sicher stets forschend."

- Die Ausgangslage war, zusammen mit Senior:innen als Expert:innen des Lebens, nach den Schätzen und wertvollen Momenten des Alltags zu suchen. Das Endprodukt war ein Audiowalk, der die Zuhörer:innen mit auf eine Reise von Geschichten, Erlebnissen sowie Fragen des Lebens nahm. Geräusche, Gesang, Musik, Fragen, tiefe und ganz alltägliche Gespräche verwoben sich zusammen zu einem Ganzen und wiederspiegelten teilweise auch die Situation des Lockdowns im Frühling 2020. Ein Briefaustausch vor und nach der Aufführung, ermöglichte eine zusätzliche Kontakt- und Austauschmöglichkeit zwischen allen Beteiligten.
