Description	Warum schlafen wir? Wie sieht gute Schlafhygiene aus? Fenster öffnen oder schliessen? Welche Schlafphasen gibt es? Wie viele Stunden Schlaf sind optimal? Wie oft sollten wir eine neue Matratze kaufen? Warum träumen wir? Träumen Menschen aus anderen Ländern und Kulturen anders? Die Projektbeteiligten setzen sich mit kollektiven Träumen und der politischen Dimension von Schlaf auseinander. Welche politischen oder sozialen Einflüsse prägen unsere Bewusstseinsebenen (Wachzustand und Unterbewusstsein)? Wie wir schlafen, ist keine individuelle Frage. Es ist eine politische Frage der Verteilung, eine strukturelle Frage der Gerechtigkeit. «A part (of you)» ist ein transkulturelles Theaterprojekt zwischen São Paulo und Zürich: Sechs Performer:innen agieren auf zwei unterschiedlichen Kontinenten. 9621.26 km liegen zwischen ihnen. Welche Verbindung entsteht trotz der räumlichen Distanz? Die Proben und Aufführungen finden in São Paulo und Zürich zeitgleich statt. Hierfür setzt sich das Projekt-Team mit audiovisuellen Streaming- und Playback-Technologien auseinander, die während den Proben und bei der Inszenierung zum Einsatz kommen. Welche Verbindung kann durch audiovisuelle Streaming- und Playback-Technologien entstehen? Welche Erzählungen erwachsen aus dem Material unterschiedlicher Träume? Wo finden sich Gemeinsamkeiten, wo liegen Unterschiede? Wie kann Begegnung zwischen den sechs unterschiedlichen Welten und Realitäten stattfinden? Was ist eigentlich Realität?
