- NEST ist ein vom Departement Kunst & Medien initiierter Ausstellungsraum innerhalb des Gebäudes der Zürcher Hochschule der Künste. Der Kurator Gabriele Garavaglia will einen osmotischen Austausch zwischen ausserhalb und innerhalb der Schule aktivieren, indem er in einer Reihe von Gruppenausstellungen Arbeiten relevanter professioneller Künstler und herausragender Schüler zeigt.
Tesla of Justice ist eine Gruppenausstellung mit sieben Künstlern, darunter Studierende des Bachelor- und Masterstudiengangs Fine Arts der ZHdK, die auf den gleichnamigen Open Call reagiert haben. Auf diese Einladung hin hat ein Komitee von Künstlern und Kuratoren der Fakultät James Bantone, Jasmine Gregory, Milena Langer, Roman Selim Khereddine, Samuel Haitz, Tobias Baertsch, Yamu Wang ausgewählt, ihre Arbeiten zu kombinieren und im Ausstellungsraum NEST zu zeigen.
Der Titel Tesla of Justice könnte sich auf viele verschiedene Visionen beziehen, wie das Auto eines modernen Rächers, eine Medienmitteilung, den Widerspruch von Gerechtigkeit und Privileg, Nachhaltigkeit, Ökologie oder Technologie.

Tesla of Justice is a collective show featuring the works of seven artists, including students of the ZHdK Bachelor’s and Master’s Fine Arts programme, who responded to the open call of the same name. In response to this invitation, a committee of artists and curators from the faculty has selected James Bantone, Jasmine Gregory, Milena Langer, Roman Selim Khereddine, Samuel Haitz, Tobias Baertsch and Yamu Wang to combine and show their works in the NEST exhibition space.
The title Tesla of Justice could refer to many different visions, like the car of a modern avenger, a news item, the contradiction in terms of justice and privilege, sustainability, ecology or technology and so on.
