- My name is Mara Peyer and I’m 23 years old. I grew up in Locarno, Switzerland which is where I started taking ballet lessons at six years old. After a few years I ventured into jazz dance, hip hop and finally contemporary dance, where I found myself most inspired and comfortable. Being able to continue my studies at the Bachelor of contemporary dance allowed me to grow as an artist and a dancer and explore movement on a superior level. I was able to work with renowned choreographers and the most competent and talented teachers that prepared me for my professional career.
