      • Das lautmalerische Wort Crampoll stammt aus dem Walliserdeutschen und bedeutet so viel wie tiefer, dumpfer Lärm. Crampoll ist der Lärm eines Felssturzes; Bäume, die im Wald umfallen, auch wenn es niemand hört.
        Crampoll ist eine Band, mit vorwiegend tiefen Instrumenten, welche von schöner Musik zum brachialen Lärm findet, vom Jazz zur Klassik, zur freien Improvisation und wieder zurück.
        Es sind die unangenehmen Gefühle und Gedanken. Crampoll ist die Unruhe in einem selbst.
