Description	Weshalb läuft uns ständig die Zeit davon? Wie wichtig ist Geld für ein gutes Leben? Wie entscheiden im Supermarkt der Möglichkeiten? Das Stapferhaus Lenzburg schafft mit seinen Ausstellungen Räume zur Auseinandersetzung mit Gegenwartsfragen. In naher Zukunft soll das Stapferhaus zum «Haus der Gegenwart» werden: Das provisorische Zeughaus, wo die Stapferhaus-Ausstellungen seit 13 Jahren gezeigt werden und der Stiftungssitz auf Schloss Lenzburg sollen durch einen Neubau abgelöst werden, der am Bahnhof Lenzburg Büro- und Ausstellungsräumlichkeiten unter einem Dach vereint. Als Kommunikationsverantwortlicher des Stapferhauses habe ich die Aufgabe, die Identität meines Arbeitgebers in die Öffentlichkeit zu tragen. In diesem Veränderungsprozess auf dem Weg zum «Haus der Gegenwart» drängt sich die Frage auf, woraus sich diese Identität überhaupt konstituiert: Wer sind wir, was tun wir, woher kommen wir und wohin gehen wir? In Gesprächen mit acht Personen, die alle in einem unterschiedlichen Verhältnis mit dem Stapferhaus in Verbindung stehen, mache ich für die Kulturkommunikation relevante Identitätsfragen exemplarisch sichtbar und verhandelbar. Die anschliessende Theoriearbeit in Form einer Diskursanalyse befasst sich mit der Bewegung von statischen hin zu dynamischen Identitätskonzepten – mit Implikationen für die Kommunikationspraxis einer Kulturinstitution, die ständig an sich arbeitet, um zu bleiben wer sie ist.
