Sechs KünstlerInnen präsentieren nach vier Wochen experimenteller Forschung am Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus des Herrn Ludwig Wittgenstein eine theatrale Collage aus szenischen Installationen, performativen Miniaturen, Bewegungsbildern, mathematischen Erklärungen und vielen Handlungen.

- «Um Gottes willen – so was tut man doch nicht!» Fassungslos beugen sich Ibsens Figuren am Schluss des Dramas über die tote Hedda Gabler. Eben erst von der Hochzeitsreise zurückgekehrt, hat sie sich das Leben genommen. Aus Verzweiflung? Weil es Schönheitsempfinden und Ehrgefühl nach diversen Intrigen gebieten? Gar aus Langeweile? Die Beweggründe für den Suizid bleiben rätselhaft.
Regisseur David Zinder spürt ihnen mit einer jungen Truppe von Schauspielstudierenden aus Zürich und Bern nach. Nicht linear dem Handlungsablauf des Stücks gehorchend, sondern in einer wilden Untersuchung. Aus Indizien weben die Spielerinnen und Spieler ganze Szenen. Die Rollen werden durchleuchtet, die Bühne verschoben. So setzt sich Heddas Gefühlswelt nach und nach wie ein Puzzle zusammen.

Kurt Früh Reloaded

- Kurt Früh (1915 bis 1979) prägte während mehr als 30 Jahren das kulturelle Leben in der Schweiz. Er schrieb, inszenierte und produzierte für Bühne, Leinwand, Radio und Fernsehen. 1967/68 war er Lehrer der legendären „Filmarbeitskurse“, aus denen Filmemacher wie Markus Imhoof, Jacqueline Veuve, Clemens Klopfenstein u.a. hervorgingen.
Wie aber kommt Kurt Früh beim heutigen Film-Nachwuchs an? Was ist aktuell am Werk des Regisseurs, der das Zürich der 50er-und 60er-Jahre für die Leinwand entdeckt und sich damit tief ins kollektive Gedächtnis eingegraben hat? Die Frage stellten sich Drehbuch- und Regie-Studierende im Masterstudiengang Film der Zürcher Hochschule der Künste (ZHDK) unter Leitung von Markus Imboden („Der Verdingbub“), selbst ein bekennender Kurt-Früh-Fan.
Unter dem Projekttitel „Kurt Früh Reloaded“ sind, in Zusammenarbeit mit SRF, sechs durch Kurt Früh inspirierte Kurzfilme entstanden.
