Description	«In meiner Kindheit, wie war das damals?» Der Frage vom Anfang steht am Ende ein Kurzfilm gegenüber, der nach Antworten sucht. Der Film erzählt fragmentarisch Familiengeschichten aus meiner Kindheit. Die Eltern und der Bruder beschreiben vor laufender Kamera die Zeit von 1976–1991. Sie sprechen zwar über Wohnung, Quartier und die Berge, inhaltlich drehen sich die Gespräche aber um das, was damals zwischenmenschlich vorhanden war, aber auch um das, was fehlte. Das Video setzt sich zusammen aus verschiedenen Bausteinen. Familienfotografien aus den 1970er und 1980er Jahren und aktuelle Videoaufnahmen verbinden die Bruchstücke der Gespräche und veranschaulichen das Gesagte. Wenn es Zeit braucht, um das eben Geäusserte zu verarbeiten oder es zu verdeutlichen, ist das Publikum mit einer Animation konfrontiert. Die animierten Sequenzen greifen Aspekte des Erzählten auf oder kommentieren dieses subtil, poetisch, melancholisch und nostalgisch.
