Ihre Kompositionen bewegen sich zwischen Contemporary Jazz mit Einflüssen von Kenny Wheeler und Debussy sowie auch der aktuellen Musik.
Sie beschäftigt sich mit der Klangerzeugung und der Rolle ihrer Stimme, als verbale sowie auch instrumentale Erzählerin und schafft Raum und Zeit für die Improvisation und die Interaktion.
Tenzin hat das Privileg mit wundervollen ambitionierten Musikern zu arbeiten, die mit ihren persönlichen Klangfarben die Musik von Tenzin’s Airbow gestalten und zum Leben erwecken.

The airbow of Tibetan-Swiss singer Tenzin Ngingthatshang creates an entire intimate universe.
Her compositions move in the space between contemporary jazz, with influences from Kenny Wheeler, and Debussy, and also contemporary music.
She is interested in the generation of sound and the role of her voice as a verbal and instrumental storyteller, and creates space and time for improvisation and interaction.
Tenzin has the privilege of working with some amazing high-flying musicians, who devote their personal acoustic colours to realizing the music of Tenzin’s airbow and bringing it to life.
