FAST45 ist ein europaweites Forschungsprojekt, welches zum Ziel hat, neue Methoden zu entwickeln und zu erproben, Zukunftsszenarien zu entwerfen, eine langfristige internationale Zusammenarbeit zu etablieren und Instrumente und Initiativen zu entwickeln, die Kunstinstitutionen ermöglichen, eine unbekannte Zukunft nicht nur zu antizipieren, sondern sie aktiv zu gestalten.
Unter Beteiligung von Kunstvermittler:innen, Forschenden, Studierenden und Fachleuten aus der Wirtschaft, die über künstlerische Disziplinen und branchenspezifische Grenzen hinweg arbeiten, versucht FAST45, die Kunstausbildungslandschaft für das Jahr 2045 zu analysieren, zu kartieren und vorherzusagen.
FAST45 ist ein «Erasmus+ Knowledge Alliance» Projekt, welches von der Luca School of Arts koordiniert wird und bis Ende 2023 dauert. Zusammen mit 11 weiteren Partner:innen (u. a. ELIA und AEC), ist die ZHdK mit der «School of Commons» an FAST45 beteiligt.
Vom 29. August bis 1. September 2022 hat im Toni-Areal die Konferenz und Workshop-Reihe «Footnotes: Annotating the Future of Arts Education» stattgefunden, welche die «School of Commons» gemeinsam mit dem Künstlerinnenduo 0ct0p0s organisiert hat.
FAST45 is a pan-European research project which aims to create and test new methodologies, envisage future scenarios, establish long-term international collaboration and develop tools and initiatives which will empower arts institutions not only to anticipate an unknown future but to actively shape it.
Involving arts educators, researchers, students, and business professionals working across artistic disciplines and leaping sectoral boundaries, FAST45 seeks to analyse, map, and predict the arts education landscape for 2045.
FAST45 is an “Erasmus+ Knowledge Alliance” project coordinated by the Luca School of Arts and running until the end of 2023. Together with 11 other partners (including ELIA and AEC), ZHdK is involved in FAST45 with “School of Commons”.
