Im Animationsfilm Hypertrain reist der Hauptcharakter Vini im Zug durch räumliche und zeitliche Dimensionen und begegnet dabei sich selbst. Die Musik verbindet Synthesizer mit eigens für den Film aufgenommenem Rohmaterial von 6 Violinen, das durch den Fleischwolf gedreht wurde – oder eine Fahrt im Hypertrain gemacht hat.
Der Film gewann den Swiss Youth Award 2016 beim Fantoche Festival in Baden und ist bei den Swiss Film Awards als bester Abschlussfilm nominiert.
On a train trip through spatial and temporal dimensions the traveller and main character 'Vini' suddenly comes across himself. The music connects Synthesizers with raw recorded audio material from 6 violins, which has been heavily altered digitally – similar to a drive in the hyper train.
The film was awarded the Swiss Youth Award 216 at the Fantoche festival in Baden and is nominated as Best Graduate Film at the Swiss Film Awards.
