Beschreibung	BIOGRAFIE Yaël Herz (she/her) ist 1976 geboren in Zürich, aufgewachsen im Appenzellerland. Sie ist ausgebildete Primarlehrperson und diplomierte Theaterpädagogin (HMT). Sie arbeitet seit 2003 an der PH Zürich als Dozentin für Musik&Performance und Mentorin. Ihre Stimme leiht sie ab und zu an die Werbung oder ins Radio aus. DIPLOMPROJEKT Die Fehler an der PH Zürich sind so eine Sache: zum einen lehren wir den Studierenden, eine gute Fehlerkultur mit den Schüler:innen zu leben, zum anderen sind wir Dozierenden, die alle sehr bemüht sind, möglichst keine Fehler zu machen. Geradezu ängstlich agieren wir im Alltag, um nichts falsch zu machen. So werden Fehler in der Institution oft vermieden, verdrängt oder schlecht bewertet. Die Ackademie versucht mit verschiedenen Aktionen und Veranstaltungen dem Fehler an der PH Zürich einen besseren Ruf zu verschaffen. Die Angst vor dem Fehler soll einer freundlicheren Fehlerkultur weichen, damit Entwicklung auf persönlicher und institutioneller Ebene möglich wird. Im besten Fall gelingt eine kleine hierarchische Verschiebung, denn Fehler und der Umgang damit ist immer Chefsache.
