We are happy to announce their first exhibition, "I am Santa Sangre.-" by Sabrina Röthlisberger Belkacem, who lives and works in Geneva. Her work takes the form of videos, performances, installations, and texts that address the links between science and death, power and survival. She weaves a rhizome of references from art history to pop-culture, relating to her own reality and social experience.
Santa Sangre is a mysterious creature torn in eight songs; it's a quest for acceptance; it's time to follow a path often left abandoned. The opportunity to question our relationship to reality in a world where appearance matters more than anything. An open-air fairy tale or a magnificent materialization of the fall of an empire, of a civilization, Santa Sangre metaphorizes death and transformation.
