Beschreibung	Unter dem Namen «La Môme Piaf», einer Hommage an Edith Piaf, balancieren die drei schon seit geraumer Zeit zwischen schalkhafter Chanson-Nostalgie und kammermusikalischer Avantgarde. Diesmal lösen die drei den Spatz von Paris aus der Hand und spähen zu den Dächern hoch. Übrig bleibt la môme, ein kleiner Fratz, der mit dem unbefangenen Blick eines Narren dem schwer Greifbaren in der Musik nachstrebt, wie auch dem Ergreifenden. In kühlen, jazzigen Klängen entfaltet das Trio seine Musik und verrät dabei stets gerade so viel, dass der Zuhörer selbst die Fäden zu einem stimmigen Ganzen spinnen kann. Beschreibung auf englisch	The La Môme Piaf trio (in homage to Edith Piaf, known in French as "la môme") is a long-standing ensemble, dedicated to exploring the territory between a cheeky nostalgia for the chanson and avantgarde chamber music. This time, they let the Parisian sparrow go, and gaze up as she takes to the skies. But "la môme" remains the cheeky urchin, striving to capture elusive profundities – and charms – of the musical art with the ingenuous gaze of a jester. The cool jazz sounds of this trio let just enough emotion through to let the listeners weave their own tapestry from these musical threads.
