„A willingness to inhabit what seems negative as an insistence that worlds can be otherwise. We are willing to be there, in the wear and tear, for as long as it takes.“
Sara Ahmed, about a kill-joy utopianism
It is a story told in the aftermath of the End when all the illusions of stability and security broke down. But before, it was a time of the humankind - a biological medium who believed in its exceptionalism - a giant Anthropos, a Modern Man, one above all. But this species was also a prototype of a vaster Creation who had different faces, the so-called Capital. In the never-ending cycle of production and consumption, the C. was dispersed around the globe, infiltrating and changing the matter. It mutated, becoming subtle and invisible, mastering Thougth, embodying Life, striving for Immortality. But Immortality is not given to those who just imitate Life.
In the act of self-cannibalism the C. was swelled up by its own effects, burst by its own poison exhaled in its own lungs. This was the End and the Beginning at once.
